18 Months

[youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qZ1SHPEIKrY]

It's nursery time. Kaylee absolutely loves nursery. She has been twice so far. The first time she just walked in and totally didn't care that we left and then the second time she ran in excited to be there. This makes me so happy because now Sunday School and Relief Society are more enjoyable without worry about her disturbing others and ending up taking her out. She is happier as well so it's a win win.

Kaylee loves to kick balls and is pretty good at it too. She loves Winnie the Pooh, which at the moment she sometimes calls poop, and everything that looks like a princess is Cinderella. Everyday she is using new words which so far has been a good thing. She says Thank You a lot. I like that when she wants a drink she can tell me and things like that. She loves to look at babies on the computer. Her favorite place is outside. She loves shoes. Her red one's are her favorite. All clothes are cute and she likes to wear new things. She will dance to anything still but she prefers music with a strong beat.

Baby # 2

Kaylee's reaction to finding out she going to be a big sister.

So I think Abe and me have lost our minds because we are going to have another baby. I am way excited about it and also quite a bit nervous about it, but I guess second babies do survive their older siblings so hopefully we will be alright. I'm due on Oct. 10, 2012 and if this baby is late by seven days, the baby and Kaylee will be exactly two years apart. Kaylee was born on Oct 17, 2010. So I'm just shy of thirteen weeks along. This time around has been less enjoyable than last, which I really hope doesn't become a trend in my pregnancies. I find out what we are having at the end of May and to be honest both Abe and me don't really care what it is. Yes, we do have a girl and we would like to have a boy sometime, but if it's this time around or next or never then so be it. Below is a picture of the baby at 7 weeks, it was .9 cm big.

Valentine's Day

We didn't do a whole lot for Valentine's Day this year because I was sick and had been sick so I wasn't up for much, but Kaylee still enjoyed herself. She received an elephant with pink ears and hearts all over it and a new purple minky blanket which both were love at first sight.

15 Months

Kaylee is now 15 months. 3 more months until she is in nursery. It's way crazy how time has flown. She has gotten so big. She can reach the edge of the counter in the kitchen.  She loves cats and every time she sees one she gets excited and says kitty cat. She is more or less talking. She makes noises that sound like words for lots of stuff now and she uses them correctly as well. Her most favorite two words at the moment are Bryce and ball. She still is eating fruits and vegetables, but does love candy as well. She also doesn't like things out of place. It started with a Christmas decoration that had fallen over and when she noticed it she kept saying uh-oh over and over again until I righted the decoration. And it has developed into things at stores and in parking lots. She wants me to pick up any trash or put things back on shelves its kinda funny. She was really good with the Christmas decorations. She didn't touch them or mess with them at all. She was really bummed when we put them up and would hit the boxes to get them out. She has started throwing tantrums but throwing herself back on the floor, but for the most part she is still just as happy as ever.
